As Senior Director of Project Operations / PMO, Scott built Diaconia’s enterprise project management framework from the ground up, integrating automation, analytics, and AI to make delivery more consistent, transparent, and intuitive. Working with him feels grounded and purposeful: he connects people, aligns priorities, and ensures teams have the insight they need to make smart, timely decisions.
Scott primarily serves our existing clients as a project manager, while also helping them to shape what comes next as future opportunities to best support their missions.
