Sr. Director, Project Operations
Michelle leads Diaconia’s Advisory Services capability area, guiding strategy and governance, change management, knowledge management, acquisition management, logistics management, and financial management efforts in support of a key defense client. She also oversees the strategic resource planning function for our projects, ensuring the right talent, skills, and support structures are in place to meet mission needs.
She brings a steady, people-centered approach to complex environments—providing structure, direction, and an elevated standard of partnership that teams immediately feel. Her leadership creates measurable, sustainable impact by aligning the workforce with mission-ready objectives.

Outside of work, she devotes her time to family, friends, and her strong faith. She is deeply committed to community service, especially in supporting veterans, and finds peace and inspiration at the ocean, whether walking the shore or soaking in the waves.
