For the past decade, Matt has served as an Authorizing Official within the U.S. Army, guiding organizations through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ensuring enterprise systems meet rigorous cybersecurity and compliance standards. Known for translating complex security requirements into practical outcomes, he helps teams balance mission velocity with resilient, secure architectures that protect what matters most.
